Hygiene seal

For hygiene and safety, opened intimate lubricants and personal companions cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Unopened items

Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support with your order reference from the external checkout.

Gift boxes

Couple gift boxes may be returned unopened. Once tape or ribbon seals are removed, only defective components are eligible for replacement.
